🚚 Shipping Policy — The Greenprint

Thank you for supporting The Greenprint! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our plant bundles and merch.

🪴 Live Plants — California Only

We currently offer shipping for live plant bundles within California only to ensure safe, fast delivery and plant health.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after shipping via USPS Priority or UPS Ground (depending on location and weather).

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping is included in the total price of plant bundles unless otherwise stated.

  • Packaging: Plants are packed carefully with eco-conscious materials for temperature protection and minimal soil disturbance.

📍 We do not currently ship plants outside of California.

👕 Merch — Nationwide (U.S. Only)

Merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, stickers) ships via our print-on-demand partner to all U.S. states.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2–5 business days (varies by location)

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your merch ships.

📦 Local Pickup (Inland Empire, CA Only)

Local pickup is available for individual plants and bundles at our Riverside, CA location.

  • Pickup Notifications: You will be notified via email or text when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Pickup Window: Typically within 24–48 hours after purchase (you will be contacted to coordinate).

📸 Issues or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thegreenprintco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll gladly work to resolve the problem with a replacement or store credit where applicable.
