🎟️ Event Ticket Policy

All event ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket to any event hosted by The Greenprint Collective LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled or rescheduled by The Greenprint Collective.

  • Event Changes: We reserve the right to make adjustments to event details, including date, time, location, or programming, without prior notice. If significant changes occur, we will notify all ticket holders via email or text message.

  • Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for the event listed at the time of purchase only. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Cancellations: In the rare case that an event is canceled by The Greenprint Collective, ticket holders will be contacted directly with information regarding rescheduling or credit options.

  • Responsibility: It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to review all event information before purchasing. Please ensure accuracy of your contact information during checkout to receive updates or confirmations.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all event ticket sales are final.

Attendance & Seating Policy

To ensure adequate seating, venue compliance, and an enjoyable experience for all guests, admission to Plant Bingo events is limited to ticket holders only.

• A valid ticket is required for all attendees, regardless of whether they intend to participate in gameplay.
• Unpaid guests, spectators, observers, friends, family members, and companions are not permitted in the event space.
• Children requiring their own seat must have a valid ticket.
• Lap infants (children under 2 years old who remain with a parent or guardian and do not require a seat) are welcome.
• Seating is reserved exclusively for ticket holders and is based on venue capacity.
• Guests arriving with unticketed attendees may be denied entry until all members of their party have valid tickets.
• Any unticketed guests attempting to enter or remain in the event space will be asked to leave.
• No walk-up admissions will be permitted unless specifically stated on the event listing.

By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by this Attendance & Seating Policy. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.


👕 Merchandise (T-Shirts, Totes, Stickers, etc.)

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status and process your refund or exchange.
